I have one word slots ~ bloody hell!

Sorry that is two lol. Nathan Ross one vote, Sione five, Gags four, Feeney two. Unbelievable.

One would wonder if the appointed judge from the 23 available even watched the games!

How did Talmalolo miss Lock of the year to Galoon , when he topped every stat , will be the first forward ever to top 5000M in a year.

Goes to show what happens when people who pretend to know football just vote for their personal pets and have eyes for no one else.

Dally M voting format is seriously flawed.
You could be the 4th best player on the field every game of the year and get zero points, and someone else could have 1 good game a year and score 3 points.
It also favours good players in poor sides and makes it very hard for a player in a really good side to compete with the other guys who take all the points.

Fairest thing to do is give every player on the field a 1-3 rating, or 1-5 or whatever. But that's a lot of work for the judges every game. All in all though, at the end of the season that should give a pretty solid picture of who the best players were.

Swap Levi and Gagai and I pretty much agree with that top 5 with Ross unlucky to miss out.

Top 5 yes but the numbers are clearly stuffed. We all know Dan Saifiti had way more good games than anyone else in the team yet Lamb who probably had 5 good games is equal with him.

We know who our best and consistent this season are, don't need these flawed figures to tell us, generally those that did perform on regular basis scored better. As for Rossdog, wingers never score high, might score the winning try in spectacular fashion but sorry no points

Well they do call it the halfback medal for a reason. Halves tend to get considered for points first over other players.

The dally M is a bit of a sham.
