comparing to other people on the site, then not really but im ot one to be saying lol im also new, just dont like it how his name is boxed in white.

The reason for that is because I couldn't figure out how to get the words to blend into the picture.
 
What program are you using.

Anything other than Photoshop is always going to be hard. It's ok for a start... you need to learn the basics. Search for Tutorials in this forum and also online through google.

I am using GIMP, and thanks for the tip, I will try to remake it.
