Why wouldn’t he? He’s in a position to command it really.

Origin, Aus, half, GF winner, taken a team to a GF as the star playmaker.

He would be sought after. Why would cows let him go?

What half will they go for if he walked out?

You also have pulling power for other players to come to the club when you have stability and success. They have winning culture there now so why blow it.

I meant LOOL as in, I think its funny that you're digging up old debates, that clearly still have life in them

Ive said it before. I dont think he is the type to steer a ship all season and do it at the highest level. He managed to do it for 4 games straight at the end of last year. If he can continue that form ill stand corrected. He will be worth a mil a season

Said to be about a million a season.

Also didn't know JT went down just before the finals and not after origin two midway through the year. JT played 7 games last year.

To go along with all the other injuries it's a miracle Morgan and Taumalolo got them to the finals let alone the GF.

Half the team that played in the GF were busted. Can go into detail of each and every one of them but I'm sure that will annoy more people then it's worth putting Kenny into place.

Sorry but Farah is almost past it, might give a performance or two this season but then no thanks. If buying in any new player they must be better players than our current ones with years (2-3) to play or have the potential to be better we don't need anyone on the downward side of career. The idea is to improve our team.

Bringing the game repeatedly into disrepute means nothing if he's registered. No better than the Broncos.

Carney has done nothing in compared to the convicted criminals (who did their time) that are playing the game now.

Not sure why he has been railroaded out of the game in comparison.

Only a 1 year deal if it goes through. Gives them this season to asses and if all goes well can sign on as more cover when JT retires. Pretty handy back up to what will be one of the best halves combos next season even without JT.

Carney isn't really a bad guy, just too much of a party animal for a professional standard, like Mason. He had his career basically destroyed over one silly photo, while there are players running around in the NRL that at some point thought it was a good idea to bash a woman, or stomp someone's head in. Not saying they don't deserve second chances though.
