Interview with O'Hagan - sounds like he's been called into the NSW under 20s.
He did have a pre season with us last year and played 1 game before going back to play for his local side.
He also made the NSW country team last year and played with guys like Bobby Treacy, Freeman-Quay etc against a fullstrength Samoa side as a warmup game before the world cup. He played hooker for country.
It won't surprize me if we sign him for next year. We need halves after letting all ours go, and he came through our system with Jones, Saulo, Musgrove, Gibbs, Starling, Cooper etc.
I can't see him getting a run in the seniors at Canberra because they seem to have a heap of older halves in the lower grades, but he seems to be a natural fit for us.

    Strong side this week.
Hoy and Loughrey in the halves, with Hoy at 7 - worth a try.
Saulo, Dark and Alifa back to bolster the forwards. Just Fermor missing from our best possible line up (if you don't count Jones)
Starling starting hooker and Huth on the bench.
Andrews and Gibbs in the centres.
Pretty much the strongest side of the year - only Fermor on SOO duties and Farr out injured might make it stronger.

    Us by 50.

    Cooper
    Worley
    Gibbs
    Andrews
    Rasiga
    Loughrey
    Hoy
    Momoisea
    Starling
    Saulo
    Dark
    Russell
    Croker

    Huth
    Fuiamono
    Alifa
    Talty

Under 20s is a funny game.
It's amazing how often you have a game that should be a walk in the park, and you are 40 points down before everyone wakes up.
All part of the learning curve I suppose, but I think the maturity of Dark and Starling will keep the guys on track.

    Dead right mate

Happened to us a few weeks ago against Mounties

We were coming 1st, They were 7th with 5 wins and 5 losses

They came out after halftime and blitzed us then we scored a few late ones to even it up

Fermor had a quite evening for QLD, but his runs made a lot of post contact metres. Can tell he will be groomed to take over from Guerra on the edge.

Fermor is in - Russell to the bench - Talty out of the 17.

If we replaced the two wingers with Farr and Musgrove (both injured), that would be our best possible side.

    4-4 - try to Worley.
The commentators say it was set up by a great pass, but not saying who threw it - most likely Hoy throwing a big pass to a winger

According to the commentator Russell is having a great game for the Knights.
According to the live updates Russell hasn't got on the field yet.
    Must be Fermor.
