Can't understand why Tilse hasn't played more, would have been fitter now.
When our props were dropping of due to accident/injury he could have been called in. We lost Toupo, Starling, Pauli long term and others like Stockwell of and on, certainly could have used him and would have benefitted the young guys.

NZ Warriors v Newcastle Knights – Semi Final
UOW Jubilee Oval, Sunday 10 September, 7pm
    Broadcast LIVE on FOX League

Newcastle proved the beneficiary of missing stars, while the Warriors were left to rue chances that may have been, as leading men fell absent in Week One of the Intrust Super Premiership NSW Finals.

While the South Sydney Rabbitohs called upon some of the North Sydney Bears’ best, Newcastle put aside the meek challenge of the Red and Black, as Penrith made inroads in their Qualifying Final against a lesser Warriors outfit.

Team of the Year member Mason Lino turned out for the NRL Warriors in their final round clash against the Wests Tigers, putting a major dent in the Auckland-based side’s ISP NSW Finals hopes of Week One.

Though that looks set to change in Week Two, with the Warriors to field six NRL-experienced players in a big boost to their hopes of booking a place in the Preliminary Finals.

Not to detract from the Knights’ efforts with ball in hand, the Novocastrians showed they’ll again be a tough threat to contain, running in six tries to the Bears four en route to the 22-point win.

    Recent History

The Warriors started their season in emphatic style against the Knights, scoring a big 52-24 win as the sides went head-to-head in Round 1.

Though as the season progressed and the Knights found their feet, so too did they lessen the gap between themselves and the NZ outfit, as the sides shared the spoils in an 18-all draw in Round 13.

    Where It Will Be Won

Fielding a different halves pairing to that of their Week One outfit, expect the Warriors to possess more attacking power through their six and seven, as Ata Hingano and Mason Lino again link up in the play-making roles.

The Knights will also trot out a change of combination, with Jack Cogger to return to the halfback role, and Will Pearsall to wear the ‘9’.

Regular five-eighth Jaelen Feeney was also absent for part of the clash with the Bears, ruled unfit to return to the field of play when failing a HIA (concussion) assessment.

Boasting a slick and powerful back five, look for the Warriors outside men to take the heat off their forwards with strong carries from dummy-half, causing headaches for the Knights tiring pack.

It's a very winnable game. If the boys are keen enough. Last time we played them it ended up 18-18, and we were really unlucky not to win.

He has had 3 firstgrade off seasons already.
He is a year older than Cogger and Lamb but played in the same Australian schoolboys team that toured England and France as them, and because he was a year older, he got a firstgrade preseason before them.
I think he has improved a lot this year. He has always been a powerful little guy and was a great centre till 2 seasons ago, but mostly plays second row now.
He is a bit small, but has always been a powerful runner and decent defender. He plays well above his weight.
The thing is though, guys like Amey and Saulo haven't done a firstgrade preseason, so haven't trained as professional athletes for 60 hours a week, and they are already playing as good or better than Robson, who has had more preseasons than Fitzgibbon, Yates, Stone and the Saifitis, so has probably reached his potential or close to it.

Updated team list from the NSWrl site has Curtis Naughton (English super league player who has been playing in the real NRL for a few months) replacing Thomas Cronan on the wing, and Bernstrom and Brodie Jones replacing Pat Mat and Faitotoa on the bench.
Cronan was injured early in the last game and played out the game with an obvious injury, and Pat Mat has been injured since the Wyong game.
Faitotoa is very unlucky to miss out to Brodie Jones, who would probably have been the difference between us winning and losing in NYC.

Team updated again on NSWRL site.
Brodie Jones will start in the second row.
Braidie Smith to the bench (probably in the prop rotation)
    Bernstrom out.
Faitotoa gets the last bench spot.

Jeez our attack is our poor. Didn't look like scoring at all when we're up their end.

Also if anyone is at the game can you please murder the ganger that's screaming out every 3 seconds?

Pathetic 1st half. Could not possibly play worse in the 2nd.
