    Perenara loves Seaeagles more than us 9 penalties in 1 half cant see more than 1 or 2 being fair lol.

    Penriths brand of footy is very boring..... Lack any type of attacking footy.

    I've seen lots of knees in play the balls. Warrants a penalty I think. A lot have been stupid I agree.

    Anyone hear Guss saying the Refs have a 16 penalty quota per game? Wonder how true this is???

    If it is, im dead set not watching the game anymore... choreographed rugby league can truck right off.

    Yes, Guss was on about it last night.... and for once I agree with him, he said " the refs should be left to ref the game as they saw it", at present " the refs are being over coached".

    Well I've come to wonder recently how is it that the refs evening up the penalty count is considered such a normal thing in our game today? Should we not be hoping for them to call it as they see it rather than trying to make it look like an 'even game' by the end of it.

    So far in this round there have been 38 penalties in 2.5 games

    Roosters vs Rabbitohs - 15 penalties (8-7 to the Roosters)
    Panthers vs Sea Eagles - 18 penalties (14-4 to the Panthers)
    *Storm vs Eels - 5 penalties (3-2 to the Storm)
