Your team for 2019

Things would have to be very bad at manly for them to leave.

They are. Penn disappears overseas and expects Barrett to answer questions in the media about Manly off the field and talk about things which aren't even related to him. Gorman didn't really say much other then the beginning of the season and when Manly need to make a statement. Then when the dust settles he comes breezing in and palms off the blame to everyone else. There is no leadership at Manly and it shows. It's why Barrett got out, and it's why Macguire said no to them.
Manly fans are so over the Penn family it's not funny.

In regards to the Turbo brothers hopefully things settle down but how often have we heard a player/coach say they are 'reaffirming their commitment' and then go elsewhere anyway?

And like with the Dogs I hope they continue to wallow in their own filth.

These boys would make just about any team better, would love to see them in red and blue.

A player or coach reaffirming their commitment to a club does little to instill confidence they're in it for the long haul, likewise a club saying their coach is safe

Most of the Bulldogs fans I know have eaten a bit of humble pie since then (the cocky Des fanboy ones) and I think Manly will go in that direction. Can't remember who said it on the footy show but they mentioned the Sharks fans/players were getting cocky in a similar way Manly were and it's so true.
That's ok because they'll always have question marks over their substance abuse and salary cap cheating anyway.

1 Tommy Turbo/Watson
2 Skd
3 Ramien
4 Moga/Tommy Turbo
5 Lee
6 Ponga
7 Pearce
8 Daniel
9 Segeyaro/Watson
10 Ese,ese
11 Fitzy
12 Guerra
13 Jake Turbo

14 Watson ...Levi if Watson plays F/B just because I like how Segeyaro plays and Watson can cover more positions than Levi .
15 Glasby
16 Jacob
17 Big bad prop
If we ended up with that team and could keep them on the field we would give the top 8 a shake I reckon .

Barry Toohey says he thinks no final decision has been made on Yates and his manager is having a look around.

He also thinks Vave is a fallback option. I would be tempted to sign him to give us more depth, surely he would be better than King.

I hope I'm not being too idealistic, but I think King might develop and improve under Woolf's tuition. He might develop into a Glasby-style prop who can come off the bench and shore up the team in defence late in the game. Still, given his form this year, I'm hanging out for some decent props to become available, but it's looking less likely in the current market unless there's some shakeup in the next few months.

I hope so. He’s one of the worst props I’ve seen in Knights colors

I seriously think Ese is a lock to skilled for a battering ram and probably too light our prop rotation is so garbage I honestly think it's a position that has less depth across the NRL than any other.
