A position that we seem to be light on.
who will be our centre for next year?
Who should we be chasing?
Our stocks,
Moga - injured
Maiden- un-known
Sione- (might possibly switch back)
Skd- (might switch from wing)
Cory Dennis (Young)

The only 2 I can find off contract:

John Folau is off contract for next year and he looked good the couple of times I seen him play for Wenty. Could be and option to chase.

Johnny Tuivasa-Sheck I dont know anything about him.
 
We also have Brayden Musgrove, Tom Hughes and Chanel Mata'utia training with firstgrade, All are more known as wingers, but all have played a lot of centre as well.
Tom Hughes might be the best prospect for centre. We bought him into reserve grade as a centre/second row in 2016, and he went well, but he had a breakout year last year as a winger.
Musgrove is a big lad - about the size of Cory Denniss. He missed a lot of 2017 with injury but has been a rising star for us since the under 16s and could develop well if he stays fit.
I prefer Chanel on the wing but he has played mostly centre in reserve grade for the last few years and is used to the position.
 
I hope any BJ supporters watched his performance last night. He showed how poor of a footballer he is.

I feel we need a centre of the Jamie Lyon type. I know that sounds far fetched, but we need a smart footballer there. Unfortunately there's not to many around anymore.

Plus I enjoy watching him make an idiot of himself on the field, it won't be enjoyable anymore if he's doing it for us.

Haha that's exactly right. He plays like he just doesn't give a rats. Id throw a big sum at Croker, is he sewn up there?

Thought about Croker earlier on, he's tied up with the raiders till around 2022 I think.

BJ is laughably fat.

If they don't sign someone centre is going to be a big problem, especially as Moga might not be ready for round 1

He was actually really poor for most of last year, it looks like his gone off in his usual hand grenade fashion like with every other club.

18 months and he normally goes feral.
 
I'd like them to see if Penrith would release someone like Whare. Honest player, fits in with what we need, a right centre. Penrith are stacked for juniors, might not be guaranteed a spot in 1st grade.

Yeah I'd be happy with a player like that
 
We have enough to depth to get away with it for a couple games. If we lose a centre for a long period of time, then it becomes a worry.
