Your team v Penrith

I haven't seen enough of Wardle to make up my mind yet, but the one thing that is clear is that he hits really hard in defence, and Fitzy is a bit of a big hitter too. The plan might involve making us a bit less "soft" as a team.

I think Jsaf will be right to play, he was at Cambridge Hotel last night for Sunday School with his brother and Sione, I'd go with:

1. Gagai
2. Sio
3. Wardle
4. Pete
5. Ross
6. Lamb
7. Feeney
8. Dsaf
9. Levi
10. Pauli
11. Stone
12. Sione
13. Fitzgibbon

14. Yates
15. Randell
16. Pauli
17. Jsaf

What are u on about...
Gags is in the top 5 for tackle breaks in the whole comp.
It was only a couple of weeks ago that he was almost unstoppable with ball in hand with i think 13tk breaks in 1 game.

It's all well and good to have those "tackle breaks" but if you aren't making metres from them they are deemed.......Useless

It seems as though gags will stay at fullback for the rest of the year knowing his leaving and its the 1 spot we dont need to figure out next year.(and looking at it with hindsight it would suggest browny was aware of it before the game, hence the change).
Id like to see elliot in the squad and the obvious choice is to bring him in for sio but i dont think sio deserved to be dropped. His been solid in every aspect without being great. But in saying that whilst wardle had a solid game i think he may be found out against the more elusive centres and i dont know if id want him there long term (reminded me alot of beau scott in the centres for st george). id be tempted to play either ross or elliot in the centres.

Gagai's best game was the trial against Canberra. I thought he was going to have a stellar season. He may break tackles but he's rarely going forward. I'd like to see Stone, Wardle and Sio given a chance on that right edge. Or Fitzy for Stone, was impressed with him on the weekend. Don't really mind if Brown drops Gags altogether for Elliot at FB. Only thing is I'd like to see Elliot in the middle of the park sniffing around more. You reckon he's faster than Gags in the open?

Gagai looked unstoppable in the Canberra trial, but the guy opposite him was some pommy trialist who couldn't tackle my grandmother. Ross was running from the other side of the field to have a run at the guy who couldn't tackle Gagai.

Precisely. He scared BJ from the other side of the field. And looked up to see where Wardle was when he fumbled the ball for Sione's second try.
