They fought hard again but just make stupid mistakes. Defence on the line was pretty good too. Really proud of Daniel Saifiti he was immense tonight after a few poor games.

Congrats Cowboyman better side won. Great effort from your forwards.

whoever said groundhog day sums up the life of knights fan fantastically. Defense has improved from last year but we still throw next to nothing in attack - one out football . Ive got an idea, how about trying something different- what's the worst that can happen loose??

We brought Feeney on to late. Very slow in attack

We are always slow in attack.. we have no line speed in d either.

Feeney ran on to the ball harder then anyonehas this yr... got hammered butwish a few others would hit the line like that.

Barnett benched next week 20 fkn meters.....

D Saifiti
Levi
J Saifiti
Sione
Stone
Pauli

Feeney should've started half this week.
Not sure what he was doing at hooker.
Dumb from Browny.

He was a bit slow with his delivery but didn't mind him playing there but..... we needed a halfback also we had no penetration tonight. Atleast Feeney had some injection with the ball

We tried that with no success. Elliot has been solid. He hasn't been our problem

Well we were in the game for a long time but again the lack of direction, Experience and discipline hurt us

Kicking game was average too, The mid field bombs which weren't even contested were very frustrating to watch

* Possession was 56%-44% cowboys way
* We completed at 77% and the Cowboys at 80%
* Metres gained was one sided as usual, Cowboys made 1,532m from 166 runs we made 1,178m from 141 runs
* 5 line breaks to the cowboys and 3 to us
* Offloads were few and far between from both teams, Cowboys made 7 we made 5
* We made 71 more tackles then the Cowboys (356-285)
* Knights missed 31 tackles to the Cowboys 16
* Penalty count evened up somewhat in the second half, Final count was 10-8 to the Cowboys
* Cowboys made 9 errors we made 8

Or Knights are lucky 3/4 of our spine are out injured and our senior prop as well otherwise it'd be a 50 point drubbing.

The Cows are very ordinary without JT.

You guys you were lucky playing a mistake ridden team like the Knights otherwise you could well gave lost.

The Cows can forget about being premiership contenders this year.

Firstly the knights were luckt the cows are playing terrible or this game would of been a blow out.

Secondly u are clearly posting this at cowboysman and him alone... borderline baiting a argument!!

Same old this year. Positives were Saifitis returning to form, thought Stone held his own as a starting player & Feeney brought some energy, deserves to start at halfback next week. Ponga getting more confident in himself calling for the ball. This year is just as painful as last year, just in a different way, it hurts to always come up just short, whereas last year you knew we'd get a score done on us before the game started so that took out some of the sting.

Ordinary game to watch. I'm sure you will see reserve grade games at a better standard this week but a win is a win.

Lamb I thought was good up until the 35th minute mark then he was very very bad. I don't know what switched.

Best of your lot was probably Ross or Saifiti in my opinion.

Levy needs to stop doing the barge overs. He isn't as big or strong as a Segeyaro type and he ain't playing U20's no more. Such a waste of a play while on the attack. Other then that thought he was good as well. Had no help with the forwards. None of them were making post contact metres and he never really had the chance with the opposition on the back foot.

Nothing else really stood out in that game. Was a bore to get through.

again we just lack any class whatsoever, Saifiti aside, did anyone have a good game tonight? as a team they competed well and again just got outdone for consistency in key areas.
but we had a 20year halfback who didn't do anything except mid field bombs (reminded me of tyrone roberts) and a 20 year old back rower playing five eighth. What realistic chance were we of putting more then 1 try on the board?
only reason we got double digits was a scoop and run 90 from our fullback in broken field play.

from round 8 last season to now we've improved ten fold, but still the results don't show it. I dare say if we had a healthy hodkinson and mullen and phythian after a full off season at fullback wed of won 3 or 4 games. titans warriors dogs souths and this one we were all a genuine spine away from winning.

in the meantime we just gotta keep competing and showing heart!

good effort fellas, did the best for what we got

Nah, I disagree.

If we are going to get anywhere with this rebuild this is the year we had to have. We were not going to go from 1 win to world beaters. A few more wins would have been nice. But they are competing hard, much improved on last year.

Just destroying our chances with stupid options.

Hodkinson wasn't there this week but he may as well have been with Sione at half.

Brown should put Feeney at starting half next week and roll the dice proper. If not, he at least has to be on the bench again at replacement hooker.

Barnett's 20m came with knee injury. He has been down on form no doubt, but he gets a free pass from this one I would guess.
