The NRL coaching merry-go-round goes into overdrive

What happens to TPJ and Darius now lol
I wonder where their loyalty lies now club or coach (who just left)
TPJ to Roosters I think

Seibold will be a great success at Brisbane look at the way he reinvented the Bunnies attack, I imagine he will do the same for Brisbane and they will be close to top four next year. The bunnies on the other hand I think will regret sigining Bennett, who will look to build their game around defence and wind back some of the gains they made last year. I think they will finish between 6th-10th as a number if players will move on including Johnston, Robert Jennings and I think Cook is a big chance of leaving too. I get the feeling Bennett does not have the respect of all the players.

Yeah can't imagine it ending in anything other than tears. To be fair to Souths though, Seibold's heart was clearly with Brisbane with all those rumours that have been going on for a year, can't have that. And Bennett was probably the best credentialed, experienced option on the market so they went with him.

Yea over his entire career he was definitely the best credentialed coach but since winning th Comp in 2010 his last 8 seasons don’t really stack up to match his SuperCoach reputation. Bennett has made the finals 6 times in the last 8 years and made the top four just twice in 2015 and 2017, compare that to the likes of Bellamy, Robinson and even Maguire and Flanagan and it does not really stack up to theirs. I don’t know if going for an experienced coach was the right move for Souths but if that’s what they wanted Bennett ticks that box.

Bennett was probably just making sure the Broncs had to sack him so they have no choice but to top up his salary.
If he had walked out they would have a case to not pay him the huge salary - and he's in it for the money.

That's what many seem to be saying but I'm not 100% sure. From my understanding he won't get paid twice. It is a basic principle of Contract Law that you have to mitigate your loss. Whatever Bennett earns from the Rabbitohs in 2019 will come off the amount Brisbane have to pay him for terminating him early.

Oh and despite what Seibold said about proving that Wayne had contacted Souths players everyone knows Bennett makes recruitment and retention decisions for his future clubs while contracted to his current clubs lol. We didn't need Seibold to mention that.

Who could forget Bennett meddling with Stone's roster whilst coaching the Dragons?

To be honest ill hate to be any coach taking over Bennett, the records post Bennett speak for them selves.
On the other hand Bennett does bring the best out of 'star' players but he needs an established team not a coach to rebuild. Brings the best out of playmakers I find, Soward at dragons, then Mullen who I thought had one of his best seasons in 2013, I reckon he bring Reynolds and Walker to their best. Plus souths have big pack lead by Cook. I think Bennett will go alright with souths no rebuild needed. I am more interested once he leaves Souths what mess they be in.
For me Bennett no supercoach, he bring instant success so to speak after all the hard work coaches before spent seasons putting toghter. Same feeling im getting at souths.

Most of Bennett's success came when the Broncos had an entire state, including Australia's 3rd largest city.
He basically had 10 times the juniors, money and support the Knights have.
Even now the Broncs are at least 5 times more supported than the Knights, and much bigger than any other club.
Honestly, any year the Broncos don't win the title is a bit of a fail.

The Broncos have sacked Bennett's assistant Demetriou, more heads to roll. Not shocking that they'll follow him.
