Levi didn't have his best game in attack maybe he was to tired. He made 47 tackles with 2 missed that's a massive effort.

Nunnsy, if Levi didn’t make so many unforced errors we wouldn’t have had to make as many tackles as a whole.
He needs to work smarter not harder

Siones been decent lately and was awful earlier... What was wrong with commenating as such?

There's nothing wrong with it if you're fair dinkum. Racing up out of the line in defence seen every grandstand jockey giving it to him deluxe yet a great shot on Graham which led to a try drew no comment. Same with King. Went ok today but nowhere on social media is anyone giving him credit.

Lordie, I am not a regular Sione bagger but he kills me how he keeps defending outside in , even when the middles are calling him to stay out they have it covered, last week we stayed out and guess what - we won.
Don’t get me wrong he wasn’t our only problem today but when we lose our way confidence in the system seems to be effected and our young boys seem lose heart and stop doing the small effort on effort things which good teams persist with.

Were getting there Don't worry guys
A big nasty prop or two or one and 2 big hungry young props 2 young halves who are not just back ups but are trying for a 1st grade spot another wing/centre and re-sign Buhrer to play back up hooker until Griffin comes back.
By this time next season we will have the team were after and will be already playing good footy . I reckon 2020 we got this we will give the comp a shake .
Brown is doing the right thing imo , he is taking his time and getting it right . He has had a few misses ( Scott , Bird etc ) but he has bought good players in and look at pearce anything can happen with players .
Brown has seen that our defence isn't right and has hired a D coach to rectify that.... all good .
Im really excited about the next 2 or 3 seasons I think we will be contenders for 2 of those seasons not next year though that will be just to get us up to speed .
Injury to our spine cruelled us this season or we would have gone better for sure , next season hopefully our injuries will be less and Brown will buy the players he wants ( the ones he's bought so far are pretty bloody good ) If he keeps going like he and Mooney are we have a great team by the finals next season .

I missed first 10mins after half time, Watson off, why not Buhrer to 5/8 leaving Sione at centre or Barnett to centre, Yates to lock Buhrer to hooker. Buhrer was in 17 to mainly cover hooker and 5/8 and ends up playing centre even though we have lost 5/8 and hooker rested???

They were both solid at best, which is an upgrade for King, but hardly worth raving about.

Watson looked like Lamb out there, prob shouldn't have played. Give another young bloke a slash next wk. Noone stepped up as a foil for Pearce. Yates had a bit of momentum going from hooker after a bad start. None of these big name props take Saf on I've noticed. RCG avoided him like the plague, not a lot of contact with Fi but thought they matched up well when they did. More minutes from today would've been good.

No one's "raving" about either of them. The point is Me and just about everyone else who watches our team have bagged King mercilessly even when he didn't probably deserve it. He wasn't sensational today but he was ok. If we can put finger to keyboard to hammer a player why can't we give them some encouragement ? I can't believe anyone could watch that game today and point the finger at 1 player. They were too big, too strong and got a leg up.

The sharks played straight, hard and simplified their game plan. We played like rotten tomatoes, soft with holes and stunk.

You're complaining that no one is singling out players for their completely average performances? Most of the team deserves raps for today if that's how low the bar is.

Meh, not going to lose any sleep worrying about that loss. We came up against a sharks outfit gearing up for semi's, with a much better pack than ours, lost Watson and Fitzgibbon, refs caned us and sin binned a player.

The game got away from us at the end as fatigue set in later in the game.

I thought the effort was there and if we had that little bit more polish on our last tackle options we would have been able to apply a bit more pressure to them and been more in the contest. Having 1 kicking option just telegraphs to the opposition who to charge at the end of every set.

Game after game we seem to have no kick pressure on their kickers. Game after game we have a heap of kick pressure on ours.

How many minutes is Guerra playing? I get fitzgibbon getting injured today meant more minutes but each game at the end of each half he looks out on his feet. If not too many minutes he is running himself ragged trying to be everywhere man.

A few hard heads in the middle for us as we keep saying, KP sharing the kicking role with Pearce to take off some pressure and a bit of polish on our final tackle option and we would be transformed.

Yeh Guerra does always look a little tired. But is always running up to tackle their best forward. I really respect what he does for us. We just need to decide if we want his impact in attack or defence. Perhaps if Glasby helps shore up the middle will leave him abit fresher out wide.

Put Guerra out to rest after next week, give him a break then back as 2nd row, Glasby or anyone else at 13, get a prop or two to help Esee and DanS and get Ponga, 1, Watson, 6, Pearce 7 and Levi 9, and with additional backline players Ramien and Lee we will be very much better.
We should not sign both Yates and Buhrer, if we sign a hooker/half then don't need either if not Buhrer is best option.

Thank god Evil, for a while there I thought I was the only one who saw Guerra’s hard work, all year he has contained the oppositions gun forwards by hitting high and locking up the ball often he is left hanging cause no one takes the legs.
In my day it was one high, one low maybe Fitz might have made it through the game if someone mentioned that at training.
Heard a whisper Guerra has been playing with a broken foot and will be in a moonboot when not training, makes his efforts more notable if true.

I've certainly noticed his efforts. The guy is non stop but taking on that amount of involvement is sapping him late in halves to the point he can hardly stand it appears.

Got to get him some help.
