Yep then our defence doesn't suck, and we can get into a steady rhythm instead of getting no ball and happening to produce miracles with our little possession when we do.

Ramien looked the goods in the 2 games ive seen him play , not that 2 games gives you too much of an idea how good someone is .
Sione has had 5 concussions and there is still a doubt that he will be resigned just for that reason let alone anything else ..
This makes me wonder a bit about Barnett he has had 2 this season and I'm sure i remember him having at least 1 last season . Could this be a problem with him if he cops another 1 or 2 this year do you think ...

Hi Ethan.

A HIA is not a concussion mate, it's only if they don't come back on and miss the next game that they are deemed to have been concussed.

It is a given that if a team is off by 5% they will get thrashed, if an individual isn’t up to the task not only the opposition but also his support players make necessary adjustment, those around him will be under additional pressure and second guessing to compensate.

Last week the Storm identified their weakest link was Croft , he was dropped - known problem removed, new blood in , new attitude, everything clicked for a massive win.

Can we learn from this week ?

Mate we played much better against the Bronco's Defence was good and hitting hard not many mistakes took most of our chances we did well in that game , don't know what your on about .

Broncos attack is woeful.

HIA goes both ways too. You can pass it but still be diagnosed with concussion after the game.

And you can fail it but not be concussed, return to the field etc. If every player that leaves the field for HIA is deemed concussed then there will be a lot of players getting concussions from hand and leg injuries, shoulder injuries, especially forwards around interchange time.

For mine, the most dissapointing thing about that game, was the Safs total lack of aggression as per normal. These guys are plod! Just too lazy to become anything more than they already are.

Not sure why there is so much wrist slitting. The side is 3-3. Already an improvement on the last few seasons with virtually a new side out there.

Going to take time to gel. The top teams like the Storm should be able to pick the weaknesses apart this early in the season. Come round 20 if the same mistakes and weaknesses are there then it’s time to panic.

Sione and Lamb shouldn’t be defending next to one another by then either.

Wow ...... yep, we got towled up, but it isn't the end of the world, overall, I thought the boys did ok, our defence is awful though. At 3 from 6, we're still doing fine considering our draw for the first 8 rounds, try and stay positive people's....we've been through worse.:newcastle:

There is no place for perspective and logic within this forum. I don’t have any actual authority around here but consider this a warning.
