Woo Hoo going to this one and free tickets too boot , we will bounce back and give the Donkeys something to think about i reckon ..

Reasonably confident. We got beat away from home by the team coming first. They got done at home by a side that had 50 put on them the week before.

Surely the players, particularly the ones who’ve been here over the last few years get up for this one? I hope we show up those ******s Bennett, Boyd and Sims for once. Would be glorious.

What's everyones line up rather than a separate thread?

1. Ponga.
2. Sio
3. Sione
4. Ross (get him closer to the ball, he'll be happier and hopefully get a bit of energy back.
5. SKD.
6. Lamb.
7. Pearce.
8. Lillyman.
9. Slade.
10. King.

14. Buhrer.
15. Heighington.
16. Yates/Stone whoever's going best.
17. Barnett.

I don't think against the Bronc's we need a huge bench and some enthusiasm may be the go.

Brown needs to fire a rocket fair and squarely targeted at the forwards. Play the game with aggression or find yourselves in reggies. This powder puff forwards crap is killing us.

All last year I have heard how the Safs are going to be the next big thing, I couldn't see it then, and I still can't. They need to rev up their game big time.

The Broncs I can see us winning in another wrestle. Home ground advantage and hopefully a decent crowd turnout to spur them on.

Oh, and I think you will see Lamb prove why he is the better 5/8 and why he deserves the spot over watson in this one.

Oh dear this prediction stuff has gone a bit pear shaped for a few posters. One good game is an awful indicator of supiority, it sounds like schoolyard talk. He needs to string a few games without playing like poop first for me to even consider he's a better option at 5/8 over Watson.

I think this game is definitely winnable. The Broncos are sh1te and can hardly string 3 passes together in a set play.

Pearce and Ponga definitely have enough points in them to cover any arsey luck the Broncos inevitably get every game.

Yeah that prediction was firmly tongue in cheek after the Dragons game. Lamb certainly needs to improve. That grubber is my highlight for him from that match, crucial moment in our game, finally a chance to put some pressure on the drags and he puts it clearly dead.

He had a similarly poor kick in good field position v the chooks that he atoned for with a fantastic driving tackle that forced a drop out.

Bring Yates and King in for enthusiasm, drop JSaf and Barnett, Hughes for Moga

Close Frank but for mine either Buhrer or Yates. Not two little guys and with Buhrer hooking experience Yates may well miss out.

It's a very winnable game, after 4 that looked a bit tough for us.
Bad timing losing Moga before the game he probably would have stepped up for.

The most impressive pre season opposed session was the one at Toronto where Ponga took on the line with big Fitz running a gap one side of him and big Cory Denniss running a gap the other side of him, and then he had Ross lurking on the wing waiting for the long pass when all the defence tried to cover those three in motion. It never worked the same once Moga came back because Moga just doesn't run at to the line looking for a flat pass like Fitz and Denniss do. He hangs back and waits for a pass in space.
Anyway, Ponga arriving at a defensive line with a big, charging body either side of him is a bit of a nightmare - or it was for our reserve grade guys - they had no answer for it, and if they did jam in and shut them all down, Ross had 15 metres to play with.

Normally I would agree (good big man will beat a good small man) but Yates drive and enthusiasm may out do a big bloke especially if big guy is not putting in, same with King, not the biggest prop but a goer. Hoping enthusiasm will rub off and big guys will get embarrassed. It's certainly not happening at the moment.
