Your 21 v Saints

Luke Yates made 47 tackles with 2 missed and 0 ineffective in reserves. He also had top metres run for a forward and topped decoy and support runs.
He has only played 2 games of reserve grade, and has been the standout forward in both games by a million miles.

To be fair though it wasn't really a day for forwards it seems. Going off the stats, Yates was the only forward who got past 90m & he played big minutes, don't know how we won with such poor metres gained from the forwards. Must have been a few linebreaks from the backs.

Wenty had impressive looking forwards on paper - Gower, Tony Williams, Terapo - 47 tackles for a middle forward against a lot of firstgrade experience, and our little guys, Cogger, Levi, etc, found enough room to pinch the game. Sounds like Yates did a big job to me.

Theres no way anyones getting dropped after 1 loss imo.
Lamb obviously to 6 and i wouldnt be suprised to see buhrer take the utility role and go with another big body on the bench, not sure if heighno will be right to go, judging by our previous 21s, possibly yates if heighno is still out

Not sure if its Ross thats the issue, Moga or both. Far as i can see no communication what so ever between the 2. Maybe switch the 2 centres around?

IMO give Dennis a go outside Moga and see how it goes if it doesn't work give Dennis a go inside Ross but imo Ross didn't look like he was happy playing outside Moga. He looked to me to be trying to make Moga look bad and Moga who was having a go wasn't happy with Ross not being where he should have been ..

Average fantasy points so far are interesting. These points are supposed to be a compilation of stats giving fair weight to the different skills in different positions. Watson, Barnett and Lamb are explained by injury or short minutes.

Guerra - 55.7
Ponga - 55.3
Griffin - 47.7
Eseese - 42.3
Fitz - 40.3
Pearce - 39
DSaf - 31
Sione - 30.3
Lillyman - 26.7
SKD - 25.7
Hino - 25.5
Barnett - 22
Buhrer - 20
Watson - 19.7
JSaf - 19.5
Ross - 19
Moga - 12
Lamb - 10.7

Several times in the opposed sessions Brown moved Ross to centre and put Sio on the wing. He seems to love Sio.

Imo we need Jake and Heighington on the bench with Daniel Against Saints pack and i don't think Brown will drop Buhrer ...Jake looks to me to bend the line as well as Daniel if not better sometimes and tackles as good too but just not as consistant as Daniel yet..

I'm thinking if Brown wanted an out-and-out hooker on the bench he already would have picked Levi instead of a half. Maybe we see Cogger...

Griffin has proven he can go the 80 without to much worry so maybe 4 big forwards on the bench The Twins , Heighington and King , although if Griffin got hurt we would be in trouble but then i reckon Barnett would reckon he has the skills to play hooker, sometimes he thinks he's a halfback lol .
This wont happen just thinking out loud ...
