Im sorry i forgot we as fans should just be proud and happy to have a team we can support hey?

Well im not built that way... neither is life!!

Talking about all the bad points and trying to rectify them is the only way to move forward.

As a member of a forum dedicated to the knights... i will continue to point out where i think things need change and if the forum dont like it im happy to leave as well.
I wont sit back and just cop it on the chin as it is what it is.
Neither should anyone else.

Mate I'm the worst loser on the Planet. I've found more positives in catching the tip of my slug in my zipper as a teenager than I have in being a Knight's fan the last couple of years.

I said it in a previous thread I can't see us landing a big name. So far out big name recruitment targets have been

Greg Bird
Napa
Scott
Finucane
Jack Bird
Matt prior
Foran

Now I guess we all pin our hopes on Graham ?

Look I agree we should be trying to get these big guys, but whilst we were waiting for Scott or Bird or Foran to make a decision there have been plenty of good young guys looking for a chance who would improve our squad right now and in the future that we've missed out on.

I feel we are still a year away ( and some good results ) from any high profile players wanting to come here.

Another point have we not gone hard enough for these guys ? Surely if Broncos are paying Bird 1 mil we could have offered him 1.2 ? With the cap rise it seems the other sides have adjusted what they believe a player is worth and maybe we haven't ?

So general consensus is... we need forwards AND a new champion half / decent playmaker.

But we aren't going to entice a new half to come here UNTIL we sign a few decent forwards for them to play behind. because playing behind a substandard pack could be career suicide. Right?

we're all kind of arguing the same point in different ways.

Browny has said it himself, the first signing appears to be the toughest to secure. but with the dogs/roosters spending big players need to move on and the cards will start falling. I think there'll be some good news within the next couple of weeks for us.

Can't see Gagai leaving us for the Tigers considering he will be captain here with Hodko out, he enjoys living here and his ond scent corn already. He seems to love the club too and be a fan of what brown is doing, he was offered the chance to leave last season and knocked it back and if he was to leave it will be to go to a good club not the Tigers.
 
Can't see gagai going to tigers either. I'd imagine he would only go somewhere where they are a genuine chance of winning a premiership.

having said that, stranger things have happened, will feel better if/when he resigns!
